The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Partner to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will work directly with Oncology clinics across the country to help them modernize, streamline, and improve the efficiency of all electronic and digital interactions with their patients.
As an Oncology Nurse who has hands-on experience utilizing the Willowglade Technologies Unified Digital Patient Experience Platform, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our technical team and our clinical partners. You understand the unique, fast-paced workflows of oncology care and the sensitive needs of oncology patients, uniquely positioning you to help clinics optimize their use of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Consultation: Partner with oncology practices nationwide to analyze their current clinical workflows and identify opportunities to improve patient engagement and clinical efficiency using the Willowglade platform.
Platform Implementation & Optimization: Guide clinics through the rollout of core Willowglade modules, including Triage and Communication, Patient Reported Outcomes (ePROs), Smart e-Forms, and Telemedicine.
Workflow Design: Leverage your background in oncology nursing to design practical, real-world solutions that reduce reliance on paper, minimize no-show rates, and streamline triage processes.
Training & Education: Lead training sessions for clinical staff (nurses, physicians, and administrators), ensuring they are confident and capable of utilizing the platform to its fullest potential.
Product Feedback: Act as the "voice of the customer" and "voice of the clinician" by providing vital feedback to our product and engineering teams to help shape the future of the Unified Digital Patient Experience Platform.
Customer Success: Maintain ongoing relationships with clinics to ensure sustained adoption, answer clinical-use questions, and help practices scale by implementing new modules as their business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
Experience: Active or previous licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3+ years of direct clinical experience in an Oncology setting.
Platform Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience using the Willowglade Technologies Unified Digital Patient Experience Platform in a clinical environment.
Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of digital health tools, EHR/EMR systems, and clinic operations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technical software capabilities into practical clinical benefits.
Problem Solver: Highly analytical with a consultative mindset and the ability to troubleshoot complex workflow challenges.
Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites and company meetings as needed.
